When we talk about bad plastic surgery, our minds automatically creates a visual representation of celebrities who look horrid. But while most of those are subjective and may not even be considered by some as awful, here are the top 5 most awful celebrity face lifts that I’m sure most—if not everyone—will agree.

From the charming bad boy to becoming the neighborhood scare, Mickey Rourke’s face isn’t exactly a manifestation of a successful face lift, is it? The weird lumps on his face clearly means something went wrong with the surgery that was either ignored or denied.

Her face is so pulled up, every bone in her face is jotting out. And her eyes always have that expression of shock, probably even when she’s just staring in blank space.

She may be following the footsteps of Jocelyn Wildenstein with the trail of procedures she’s done to her face. Looking at her now, she looks like the woman version of Chucky.

I guess being an über rich socialite doesn’t spare her from an awful facelift. She looks like the bloated, Hallooween-scary version of Mega Fox.

Although a lot of people claim that despite her appearance, she has a good heart, my question is, how good is it that it caused her to dehumanize herself?

Facelift should make us look more youthful and fresh, and not like the corpse from Tales from the Crypt. Avoid looking these walking disasters by making sure you discuss all your concerns with your surgeon, and having realistic expectations in face lift. These celebrities clearly hadn’t.
